The Outside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving cost savings and reliability through management of repairable manufacturing components, communication with all levels of management, and consistently pushing to meet required KPI’s from both a customer perspective and a K+S Services perspective. This role must have the ability to effectively deal with and resolve time sensitive customer issues and promote revenue growth to exceed assigned goals.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain database with accuracy
• Inventory, track, and process repairable assets/components
• Maintain working relationship with customers purchasing, maintenance, and engineering departments
• Set up spare parts strategies with customers
• Report out monthly on KPIs including cost savings and reliability initiatives
• Perform 5S workplace organization all work areas
• Identify specific machine parts, store codes and models
• Manage and delegate multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Provide after-hours support and availability
• Damaged Component (Red Tag) Crib Management (Spare Parts Management)
• Cost Savings / Competitive Quoting (to include new vs repair spending)

What We Need from You:

• Logistics background or mentality preferred
• 3 years of related professional and progressive Sales experience in Industrial Automation, Spare Parts, or MRO is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office products and customer ERP systems
• Excellent customer relations skills plus solid oral and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities
• Ability to recognize customer issues and requirements
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to take the lead and work against resistance to accomplish goals
