On the job training will be provided as required.  Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform visual inspection upon receipt.
• Document condition of incoming parts
• Cleaning and disassembling incoming parts
• Create system documents following company procedures.
• Repackage equipment in a way to prevent damage in shipping.
• Create labels via FedEx/UPS systems for domestic and international shipments.
• Perform all shipping and receiving functions as required, including loading and unloading LTL shipments (fork truck certification is required / company will provide training as necessary).
• Perform and Coordinate local Pick-ups and deliveries as needed
• Maintain customer shipping data.
• Maintain tracking information and pictures per job.
• Interface with customers and internal personnel.
• Manage processes to meet company metrics.

What We Need from You:

• Must be fluent in French written and oral
• Must be fluent in English written and oral
• Must have a valid lift truck license
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must be able to use drill, electrical saw, strapping equipment etc.…
• Must have worked in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs without restrictions
• Must have dealt with transport company i.e.: UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and others
• Able to manage customer request in a timely manner
• Must be fluent with the MS Office applications
